Laura Boswell

Woodblock & Linocut

Laura works exclusively in linocut and authentic Japanese water-based woodblock. She was elected to the Royal Society of Painter Printmakers in 2018. Laura has a joint degree in art history and visual art and trained in Japan with traditional carving and print artisans. Her prints can be found in collections in the UK and Japan, including the House of Lords, The Library of Wales, the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford and the Bucks County Museum. Laura’s book, Making Japanese Woodblock Prints, was published in 2019.
