A working photographer since 1980, Joe is based in North Yorkshire and has devoted more than thirty years to landscape photography, especially in the north of England and Scotland. His work includes large scale commissions and publishing projects. As an advocate for wild nature and habitat regeneration, trees and woodland are a favourite subject, along with coastal and mountain regions.​
