PREPARING YOUR IMAGE FOR PRINT
Images should be prepared using a colour calibrated monitor set at a brightness of 120 lumins. Note that preparing your image on a brighter monitor will result in a dark print. Files should be in jpeg format with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
If you require help to produce and prepare your image, then the Old School Art Gallery is happy to discuss additional photography services.
PRINTING
All prints will be produced and checked by Richard Walls using a Canon Pro 2600 24 inch printed with Canan LUCIA Pro II pigment ink.

ABOUT THE PAPERS
Permajet Omega - A 310gsm 100% cotton rag, archival standard fine art paper, with a smooth matt surface and medium white base, ideal for fine art reproduction.
Permajet Photo Lustre - A 310gsm resin coated semi-gloss photography paper with a bright white base and luxurious lustre surface. Ideal for day to day printing that requires a high-quality feel.
Hahnemuhle Photo Rag Metallic – A 340gsm high-gloss premium inkjet paper with a unique metallic effect, ideal for unique, striking images. Photo Rag Metallic is acid and lignin-free, and meets the most exacting requirements in terms of age resistance.
Permajet FB Distinction Baryta - A 320gsm fibre based baryta photography paper with a subtle gloss surface and bright white base, reminiscent of traditional darkroom materials, this baryta paper prints with exceptional detail, Dmax and tonal range. Ideal for high quality photography prints.
Hahnemuhle Torchon – A 285gsm cellulose based FineArt inkjet paper with an inkjet coating and subtle, textured finish, specially tailored for FineArt applications.
